Lynmoore Employers - Specialist, Sales Training

Use your passion for automobiles and your sound knowledge of the industry to support our Sales Training team in staying ahead of the competition. The Specialist, Sales Training will have substantial automotive experience which is complemented by strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as exceptional organization, time and project management abilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    •    Research competitive intelligence for market and sales results analyses

    •    Research, evaluate and recommend Sales Training Tools and support material

    •    Present product and skills information at Learn & Drive sessions

    •    Liaise with suppliers and manage the distribution of detailed product and competitor information

    •    Coordinate onsite event management of training sessions including facility booking, registration data, etc. and organize dealer travel assistance

    •    Communicate department activities with different stakeholders (dealers, suppliers and internal staff)

    •    Process invoices, track expenses and monitor departmental budget and reconciling accounts

    •    Monitor usage of internal training website and produce monthly reporting highlighting key usage statistics

    •    Overseeing the production and distribution of the annual Product Guide

    •    College diploma or University degree (Business or Communications preferred)

    •    Advanced PC skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Explorer and HTML)

    •    Valid driver’s license (with ability to operate manual transmission)

    •    Significant automobile industry experience at the OEM and/or retail levels

    •    Automotive technical knowledge is an asset.

    •    Bilingualism would be an asset (French/English)
