Lynmoore Employers - Sales Incentives Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage retail incentive budget for new and used vehicles
• Lead quarterly budget approval process
• Manage internal and external communication of programs
• Recommend, justify, create and manage incentive programs and contests required to attain volume objectives and financial budgets
• Work with financial services provider to expand product offerings, maximize program effectiveness, and protect residual values
• Negotiate additional support from financial services provider for strategic, targeted campaigns
• Develop tools, information sources/systems requiredd to lead competitive market analysis and measure current programs for competitiveness
• Create feedback mechanism with filed force and retailers to gain insight on changes in the marketplace
• Pro-actively make recommendations for changes and adjustments to incentive programs as required.
• Ensure incentive programs are implemented properly and incentives paid properly
• Work with finance on post program analysis
• Assist with sales incentive retailer audit process as needed
• Ad Hoc analysis
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience automotive
• Working knowledge of automotive programs and incentives
• Knowledge of market evaluation and reporting tools (ie: autodata, JD Power, Polk IHS, DesRosiers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced MS Office – with emphasis Excel and PowerPoint
