The Sales Incentives Specialist is the lead on incentive program analysis, development, budget management and approvals. The focus is on developing strategic and tactical incentives to drive the brand to attain its sales objectives in the most efficient way possible. This role will analyze competitive programs and data, retailer information (ie: vehicle grosses, inventory levels, sales pace, etc.), as well as data from prior incentive programs to drive our incentive program strategy. This individual will work closely with finance on costing and budget management. They will also be responsible for communicating retail incentive programs to the retailers in a clear and comprehensive manner.

The Specialist, Sales Training will have substantial automotive experience which is complemented by strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as exceptional organization, time and project management abilities.

The Director of Sales manages functions essential to sales force productivity, including operations of Distribution, Logistics and National Fleet & Remarketing Departments. These include business planning, reporting, target setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent as well as ensuring Customs and Government compliance thresholds and regulations are met and observed.
The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization as described above and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the corporate objectives and priorities are identified and achieved.
As part of the Executive Team. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining close relationships with Dealer Communication Group, including organizing and managing election process, quarterly meetings and monthly conference calls.
